There was tons of water damage and mold all over the ceilings and walls, leaks in the shower, dirty bed sheets, faulty shower head, dirty toilet seat, no complimentary water and a rude front desk worker. The bathroom door didn't even shut, and I don't mean that it was hard to close, it was just completely misaligned. I was also locked out of my room on the second day. On the third day, the janitorial staff left the floor soaked after cleaning, someone could have easily slipped.

I absolutely loved the pool. It’s one of my kids favorite activities and the pool was well kept and clean . Also they had a hot tub! Very centrally located as well so you have easy access to stores and restaurants. The rooms were very well kept and the staff is excellent. Very helpful and very friendly.

It gives the feel of a cheap motel not a hotel

We had a total of 4 room for the weekend and one room had bedbugs. Then after changing rooms the room that they moved the kids to had some white powder all over the bed. The air conditioner in one of the rooms was leaking onto the floor we woke up to large puddle of water. Check out was at 11 however the cleaning crew was right outside the door vacuuming at 9am and making alot of noise right outside our doors. The pool was small and the tiles were dirty. The whole stay was not good. Just a very dirty hotel.

Hotel smelled like cigarettes even though it was a smoke free facility told staff about my dog at check inn 4 days later they decided to say they weren’t told at check in and added 150 dollars to my stay when I told them we had said at check in he immediately tried to charge my card without my permission. Only good thing came from the cleaning staff would never stay here again

Cons - bathroom door&main door didn’t work properly and would scrape the bottom of the floor making it hard to open n shut them , microwave wasnt cleaned before we got in our room had cheese in it from the previous people , elevator by the lobby & lobby itself could have definitely been cleaner & the head board to our bed was sticky for some reason . Wi-Fi is a pain to connect to . Pros- nice beds , water pressure in shower is AMAZING , the breakfast is small but delicious. Our room was 220 and my brothers room was down the hall & it was perfect . So overall 6/10 stay I think we just got a okay room :/

Run down, not well kept up. The pool and hot tub were wonderful additions but the pool area was dirty and pretty sure there was black mold.

Booked a King suite. Very happy with the room. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. Everything we needed was provided. Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Water quality and shower water pressure and temp were great. We were exhausted after a day a tthe Bristol Renaissance Faire and it was a very comfortable hotel to rest in. It was quite, the AC worked beautifully. Breakfast was adequate and to standard. We will definitely book again next year.

Check in was easy, first was given the wrong room glad someone was not in there, staff was friendly first night 2nd night could have been better. Once in room towels still had hair on them could have been cleaned better. Smoke detector was gone, couch very dirty, bed was a bed and the AC worked. First and last time here.
