We arrived - The "dining room" was closed. The phone and the menu in the showed that room service was available. We called the Room Service button that was on the phone. The Front Desk answered and they transferred us to "Room Service". No one answered. Tried again in the morning - twice. Same thing. Commented on check-out. I was told - Oh! Yeah! They never answer the phone. You need to use the "QR code" on back of menu. So, why wasn't this shared with us when we called the front desk ? 3 times. The hotel lost revenue for F&B sales on 4 meals. We ended up eating junk that we didn't want. Not good for a diabetic. Perhaps a note somewhere other that the menu that states the Room Service button doesn't work and that you should use the QR code on the back of the menu for room service? Or the front desk personal share with you that you need to use the QR code? Otherwise - The property was very nice. The banquet food was good!

Room was fine, but could definitely see some wear and tear (fire alarm box hanging off, scuffs, etc.). We paid for a king room and got 2 queens and were told “that’s what happens when you book through a third party.” What’s the point in booking a type of room if you aren’t going to get it? Very annoying.
