We appreciated the van service to and from the hotel, including the trip from O'Hare's airline terminal 2 to the hotel and from the hotel to O'Hare's new off-site multi-modal transportation center. On the down side, the hotel didn't have any recycling bins, and we had to put our otherwise recyclable materials in the trash.

I showed up and the receptionist wasn't at the desk, I had to call the hotel in order to get them to come check me in. They don't have body wash or hand soap in the room, just several bars of a citrus facial cleanser. The carpet is a mess. The closet door was broken. The room didn't feel clean.
