Cuando llegue la recepcionista fue muy amable pero por instrucciones del Gerente no me podian dar una habitacion aunque ya estaba pagada en expedia por el argumento que el costo de las habitaciones eran mayores a lo que expedia les envio de pago al hotel. Ahi debi pagar mas dinero por noche para poder obtener la habitacion que ya estaba pagada y aun asi no se respeto la reservacion. Fueron tan lejos como pedirme que cancelara para que expedia me reembolsara pero era una tarifa no reembolsable en expedia y aparte yo no tendria a donde ir. Una verdadera decepcion con OYO hotel. NO RECOMIENDO un lugar que no respeta las reservaciones ya pagadas.
