My 1st room the sink didn’t drain, door lock was broke, got switched 2nd room, bathroom bathtub was pealing apart, mold around tub, toilet would flush, sink stopper was missing. Fire alarm went off do kitchen cook 5am, Elevator was broken, won’t stay here again. Not Marriott standards. My sons room had a butter hole in there window.

The gentleman who works in the evenings, though nice, does not know his job 100%. He had some challenges with my Expedia payment and charged my mother card for the room and did not inform her. However, Melissa, the GM took care of the situation the next day. She’s a great person with a caring heart. She is the main reason my family will return for future visits.

Orchid at the reservation desk was very helpful because the person online at Hotels.com had booked my reservation in the wrong name on the hotel's end and it took a while to find it. I would not have believed it had I not seen it with my own eyes, but it was true. Same reservation with two different names (Jenkins/Kahlil) under the same reservation number. I had received the one with Jenkins on it, the hotel received the one with Kahlil on it.

VERY LITTLE water pressure at the bathroom sink. Toilet did not flush the first time it was used and never worked the whole 1-night stay. 2 Adults and 3 kids. UNEXCEPTABLE! Hotel said that they would get it fixed. NEVER DID! When we complained it was like they knew the room and the problem.
