Cozy, quiet and very private cottage with spa & lake, located at 1 hour from Montreal, permit number 303510 - CITQ.
The ski slope, a water park and amazing hiking trails are nearby.
You will enjoy staying at this property, the cottage is very private, well kept, perfectly equipped with anything you might need during your stay, like dish-ware, washer/dryer machine and supplies. Beds are very comfortable and linen is high grade. Each room is spacious and equipped with independent smart heat thermostat. The nature surrounding the property is nothing but magnificent and you can enjoy the amazing view it through big windows. Pet friendly!
The hot tub has a lake view and is surrounded with snow banks in the winter, so while watching sunlit scenery is a great experience. The place has an access to a beautiful and calm lake. We provide three kayaks, a canoe, and safety jackets. The outside fire pit is nicely placed with a view of the lake and the mountains. The patio is raised and has a great view of the lake so you can enjoy it while having a morning breakfast under a gazebo protected from bugs with a mosquito nest. The host is always reachable via call or text. You will love your stay and you are going to come back soon!

Beautiful location right on the tail end of a small lake. Great for kayaking but not for swimming. Kayaks and life jackets were available for use as well as a plastic axe throwing set up. However, there was not a children's playground set as listed or any children's dishes/cutlery. There was also an issue with the plumbing that starting flooding both bathrooms - communication with the host to get it fixed was quick and easy - but was clearly a known plumbing issue that had happened before. Overall it was a good house for the weekend.

A place to re-visit in summer

We loved staying at this property. The house is well kept, perfectly equipped with anything you might need during your stay, like dishware or washer machine or supplies. Beds are very comfortable and linen is high grade. Each room is equipped with independent smart thermostat so each guest can get comfortable as per their personal preference. The nature surrounding the property is nothing but magnificent. Enjoying a hot tub surrounded with snow banks while watching sunlit scenery was a great experience. Alex is always reachable via call or text. A note for EV drivers - the nearest fast charger is 20 min away so bring your EVSE, but there is an outdoor power outlet and Alex was kind enough to let us use it. So, once again, we loved our stay and we're going to come back some day.

Beautiful, serene place

The place is very nice. It has an access to a relatively small but beautiful and calm lake. Alex also provides with few kayaks and a canoe, and safety jackets. The hot tub and fire pit are nicely placed with a view of the lake. The patio too is raised and has a great view of the lake so you can enjoy it while having a morning beakast at the patio table and gazibo protected from bugs with a mosquito nest. The bedrooms are good enough and there are two washrooms and both are decent. There was a light smell of smoking inbth the house but other than that everything was nice and cleqn and adequately furnished. Great place and a great host!! Thanks Alex!!
