The staff was great. The room was beautiful. But maintenance was lacking. The iron would not work. The hair dryer was missing. Breakfast was a good spread, but most of the food was barely lukewarm ( i went to breakfast around 9am, which is a pretty reasonable time).

The room was old and very dated. Carpets had stains and towels smelled of oils. They have a modernized system to put in requests where i told them about the towels and asked for fresh clean non-smelly towels. Got the same quality towrls when i got back to my room. Not a 5 star hotel for sure
