JANUARY OFFER* - My apartment, set within a Grade ||* listed building (circa 1820) with a modern bathroom with walk in shower, a large open plan living area, with wonderful floor-to-ceiling windows and a small balcony overlooking the green below.
It has a super-king bed, which can be split into two singles (on request at the time of booking) and a second bedroom with two further single beds.
Walking distance to Cheltenham's festivals, restaurants, and bars! Along with free parking.
The apartment is on the 1st floor, with a security entrance to the building.
The open-plan living area is to the front and includes a period gas fireplace with marble surround a HD Smart TV. There is a small balcony that overlooks the green below. The living area includes a dining area, a regency-style kitchen with modern appliances, and a breakfast bar.
Both bedrooms are at the back of the building and come with hotel-quality, crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest, and complimentary toiletries.
There is a brand new bathroom that has been fitted in December 2025. It has a stunning, large walk in shower with marble effect wall tiles. There is also a brand new sink, toilet and mirror with built in light.
Free Parking: A complimentary on-street parking permit (digital pass) can be provided. Please note this can only be guaranteed when requested at time of booking. Please also provide your car's licence plate number.
There are also two unallocated residence parking bays at the front of the property and plenty of pay and display parking spaces for additional vehicles.
Please note that no pets, smoking, or vaping are permitted throughout the property.
Cot & high chair available if requested for additional £15 per item or £25 for both. (Please note, no linen is supplied with the travel cot).
CHECK IN Check in time is from 3pm but we will try to let you get into the house sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before.
CHECK OUT Check out is 10am, so we can get the property ready for our next guests.

What a Great Stay
Accommodation was exactly what we wanted. Great location, clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend
The best thing this apartment offered was a washer/dryer. The bathroom was in need of updating, at the very least a new mold-free shower curtain. Kitchen needed some kind of lamp, as at night it was very dark. Tea kettle also needs replacing as there was mold or fungus inside. Sofa needs replacing. We literally sank deep in all but one place. Garbage dumpsters from all apartments are in front next to parking, making it difficult to get a car in and out, and we noticed the garbage strewn about on the ground.

Lovely stay close to Montpellier
The apartment is sunny, bright and just perfect for up to a family of four. The rooms are well appointed with all amenities one could need for a vacation stay. We loved calling this home for a few days.

Exploring Cotswolds area
Clean, well located apartment. Really handy for great selection of shops and restaurants in Cheltenham. Building slightly tired, but didn’t affect us having a great time exploring the area. Plenty of on-street parking.
