Good hotel with great views
Pros:Staff were great and the position close to the common and with fantastic views was wonderful.

House Keeping
Pros:Food was fine, the staff good but appeared under staffed.
Cons:You don't need us to answer this question, a five minute visit to room and common areas will give you your answers.
Location:Attending a family function so did not require as such..
After the first night we requested a sheet in place of the Duvet in light of the high temperatures during our stay. The sheet was left folded on top of the unmade bed, at no time during our stay was the bed made. To add insult to injury a steel pin was left in the folded sheet ( we guess the laundry contractor) which was unnoticed until my wife rolled over in bed during the night and wonder what the pin pricks were.......she initially thought an insect that had drawn blood. The cupboard drawers etc., were very dusty and the room generally unkempt.

Perfect
Pros:Meals reasonably priced and tasty. Great view. Lovely atmosphere.
Cons:A little bit more information about the start times of breakfast, as it only had details for Mon-Fri in the booklet.
Had a lovely room with an amazing view of the countryside. Bed was comfortable and shower was great.

See the sunset from bay window of your room
Pros:Described above.
Cons:We were asked if we wanted a newspaper, and only said yes because assumed it was free. Surprised to see it on our bill.
Location:Broadway Tower; Cotswold Lavendar Farm at Snowshill (lavendar flowers should be blooming in July); Stratford-upon-Avon (Shakespeare's birthplace).
We loved this hotel which is in a truly beautiful location, high on a hill. It is a little out of the way, so best accessed by car. Our room was lovely with 2 comfy chairs in a bay window and a great view (the hotel has many different spots where you can sit and enjoy this view). We spent some time outside in the garden eating and drinking, and then retired to our room to watch the sun set. Picnic tables outside a little close to our window, and seeing other customers and lack of privacy detracted slightly from our enjoyment (puts a dampner on romance). Comfortable bed. Good ensuite and appreciated the additional smaller towels provided, making it easy to wash/dry hair. Yummy room service menu - the triple decker sandwich was delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful, but sometimes hard to find. However, the hotel is good value, and we will definitely recommend it.
