Had a fab stay - staff friendly at check in and the room was excellent. We stayed in 21 which had a four poster bed and plenty of space - it was wonderfully traditional and added to the stay perfectly. There is plenty of parking at the hotel and breakfast was good value with lots of choice. We stayed for the racing and it was an ideal location - would definitely recommend and stay again.

I would give this hotel a 1 star but the view was nice and it was right of the Cotswold Way so it is really the only option in the area. Firstly, the staff was horrible. Lauren the Manager was rude and the whole staff acted like they did not want to be there. Mentioning multiple times that they hated it there and wanted to go home. The room was not cleaned very well, with large stains in the floors. The tv and the lamps in the room did not work. Food was awful and expensive.
