recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff was welcoming, and the location was convenient. However, one concern I had was with the air conditioning unit in the room—it was quite old and made a lot of noise throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. I believe updating or servicing the AC would really improve the guest experience. Aside from that, the stay was enjoyable, and I appreciate the hospitality.

Unexpected fees and charges when checking IN!!!!

I’m really disappointed with the unexpected fee changes after the initial reservation fees paid online. You guys needs to be upfront about everything online so there are no surprises because this was very dishonest and bad practice on your end!!!!

I booked this room for an employee going to an out of town training. She felt unsafe staying here, her room was broken into and all her clothes were stolen. She said when she checked in the employee made comments about how he liked her clothes, and if he had money he’d dress that nice too, so she felt like the staff was in on it and didn’t trust any of them. It was also a very dated, run down place. In general, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I love everything but just add a small stuff.

This is now my go to because of how friendly the staff was , attentive to my concerns, the room was clean & it had the amenities I would like, such as a stove, appliances to cook food & silverware & the ac was perfect. The only thing I would like to improve would be that they have a double bed.

The room was spacious and clean. The TV could be bigger and newer but overall the room was great and affordable. Check in was easy and I asked the lady at the desk where the nearest grocery store is and she politely directed me. She was very sweet.

Building is definitely "unassuming" as it reminds me of a border school. Room was spacious and felt like a mini apartment. Needs updating though (tvs and overall room appeal). Feels more like an extended stay, and not always in a good way.
