Came in with an over sized van at 11:30 at night. The staff told us we could not park our van on the lot. After arguing with them for 15 minutes, they said we could park on the side of the building and charged us an additional $78 for parking and "Incidentals". Will not stay at this location again. Customer service needs a refresher course in their profession

Everything was wonderful, the breakfast was more than adequate, wonderful pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage. Our room was pristine, our a/c was just right. The staff at checkin was wonderful, so friendly and helpful. When we needed advice about the bus stops they could answer all of our questions.
