The room was spacious, well-equipped, with a good bath/shower. Shampoo, conditioner, handwash and shower gel handily available. Didn’t ask much of the staff, but the receptionist was helpful.

Great hotel to visit Stratford upon Avon. Clean room, plenty of space in the King size, quiet and homely. Staff are all very friendly and polite. Dog friendly too. The breakfast is fine and sets you up for the day. The car parking is ample with the bonus of ample EV chargers. Relax in the bar between outings.

The hotel's web site says the restaurant is open every day until 10pm. This turned out not to be accurate, but the reception staff were helpful in pointing out that there were a number of takeaways nearby. The room itself was large, clean and comfortable

Nice hotel within easy walking distance to rail station and town centre. Check in staff were pleasant. I had checked in on the app and wasn’t notified when my room was ready which meant I was hanging around in reception when I could have been in my room. In future I’ll ask at the desk rather than relying on the app. My room was huge! Very comfortable bed and good size bathroom which was spotless. Sound proofing is not great especially when guests show no consideration to others and slam doors and shout to their friends in the corridors. Ear plugs did the trick though!
