My first time stopping at Crowne Plaza, after being recommended. The logistics of the hotel are superb with town in walking distance There was an event in the main room on Saturday night , with loud music until 1am. The receptionist never made me aware of this when I checked in. The shower in room 2101 was not up to standard

Lovely large room with a view of Stratford, comfy bed and pilllows and walkable distance to shops and places to visit. Only thing missing was a coffee machine! Breakfast was ok but could have been hotter. Staff were all very polite and helpfull. Would stay again but not in a club lounge room. The food there was the same every night and not to many people's taste.

I stay here if available when in Stratford upon Avon not as good as other occasions however my check in was superb let me kwvevan earlier check in shower in room was working properly phone in room didn’t work tv casting didn’t work no sky channels anymore for the price I pay and being a regular I was disappointed probably try somewhere else next time

Arrived slightly early, but could check in and staff we lovely. Said to put 2 nights on the car park and would only pay for 1, so we could enjoy stratford a little more in the morning. Breakfast was amazing, staff lovely. Mick greeted usas was so attentive. Pool ,steam room and jacuzzi all used twice. Staff we great in the leisure complex.

Poor information

Have stayed here many times and as always it was very clean and comfortable, with a perfect location for thevtown. However, the reason for choosing on this occasion was the leisure facilities, but both yhe jacuzzi and sauna were not working, with the latter having apparently been briken for a number of weeks. Had i known, i would not have booked the hotel this time.

This hotel is a great location to walk into town. The hotel the has been upgraded throughout with a lovely outside seating area, however the swimming pool etc is in need of an upgrade to go in line with the modern decor of the hotel.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Room was lovely but shower could do with upgrading as it was one attached to taps. Leisure facilities weren’t great but hotel itself was really nice.
