Lovely hotel, good price, right in the centre and parking (extra cost when checking in). Great breakfast selection and bar which isn’t over priced. The only downside is the water pressure, could have been just a one off thing but the shower was barely a trickle and the tap too, the toilet also didn’t flush well.

Lovely hotel. But! we had a few issues with our room. Firstly the TV wasn’t working , had to send a maintenance man to fix it. But it was sorted quickly. The air conditioning/ heating unit was so noisy , think it must need a service it kept us awake during the night. The shower control was very stiff to turn so difficult to adjust temperature, I had a Luke warm shower as the control just wouldn’t turn fully. Shame because it’s a lovely hotel in a perfect spot

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff on reception were welcoming and helpful. The only prolem we had that I wasn't happy about was the housekeeping staff they knocked our door at 9.45am this morning and walked into our room before we had chance to answer. Then again 20 minutes later at 10.05am they knocked the door again I answered and told them we hadn't finished with the room. I had on my booking that check out was 11am, so I didn't appreciate housekeeping staff entering and trying for a second time to enter my room whilst we still occupied it

It’s a satisfactory three-star. Room quality is ok but patchy. Bathroom let it down - rubbish shower among issues. Clean, lovely staff, expensive parking.
