My room was spotless, bed very comfortable and whilst arrival seemed odd the member of staff who greeted me was polite and helpful. They do not provide catering, which is not an issue unless you want a cooked breakfast. There is a breakfast box in the room with fruit, danish pastries and instant porridge pot which not being a breakfast person was fine. Dinner can be obtained at a pub 1 minute walk from the hotel. Nice little hotel on the outskirts of Stratford upon Avon. Perfectly suitable for a short stay. Would advise that don't do cooked breakfasts.
