The room was very clean and it was a very comfortable stay. However, for a 4-star hotel and someone that paid for an premium room, I was hoping for more in terms of quality. The mirror had a crack in it and side table was shaky/missing screws. Besides towels/soap/shampoo, there was nothing complimentary. The hotel room didn't come with anything and even charged for bottled water. Overall, still a decent experience.

The Grand Times Hotel earns a one-star rating for its deplorable customer service and inadequate facilities. The staff was uncooperative and indifferent when we asked for rooms on the same floor for our family with young children, leaving us scattered across two different floors one on 1st floor and the other on 4th floor!!!!!!, which was highly inconvenient and stressful. We also found hair on the towels, raising serious hygiene concerns, and the rooms lacked essential amenities, with no effort from the hotel to address these shortcomings. This frustrating experience has convinced us to never book through Expedia for future trips, as the overall process and stay were well below acceptable standards.
