Will definitely stay in different hotel on my next visit to Minnesota! It was worst Hilton stay as gold member! Very poor attention to customers, air conditioning very loud, room key need to reset 2-3 times per day. Very poor fitness room, temperature was over 78 F inside. Steam room doesn’t work. Etc.

Staff was nice. Did not get a king room as reserved, ended up with 2 queens. Pool and hot tub and surrounding areas were dingy with paint missing in areas. Curtains in room were broken and ripped. Overall it was ok.

Breakfast offerings very limited and broken equipment. Hot tub chlorine level increased and burned eyes and gave my boyfriend 'chlorine cough'. Jacuzzi in room was in need of repair. Three of six jets didn't work. Also aerator was clogged. Limited water pressure. In our room the carpeting was stained in several places, the table held up with sheetrock screws, and the couch was stained.

Front desk staff had difficulty finding my reservation because I booked through Expedia. I thought we had booked a room. With a couch, that was not the case. When we try to change it we were unable to the fact that I booked through expedia. Not sure I'd book through Expedia again.
