The staff at the front desk were rude and unprofessional, Sam was great. First they charged me for breakfast even though i paid with reservation. The housekeeper cleaned my room and never changed my sheets not once during my stay. I paid a deposit for my reservation via Expedia, paid my damages deposit on arrival they collected payment for room in full, upon check 5am the lady at the front desk charged my spouse card for full payment even though i paid the deposit via Expedia, I was explaining to her that the balance was already paid on my card. She said that’s Expedia payment not the hotel I need to pay the room infill no before I leave… mind you they already hold my cash so no need to charge my spouse card. At 5am they shut the internet off my phone and the tv so I could not access my banking information. Upon check out I have to pay for the room infull amount they charge me twice. And the rate online was double when check-in. They need training I love Montréal but would never stay or recommended this hotel. Expedia was of no help in my complaint

Il n’y avait aucunement les trucs que j’avais demander lorsque je suis arriver dans la chambre. Je ne suis pas très demandante lorsque je vais dans les hôtel mais il priorise aucunement leurs clientèle, je suis arrivée à l’accueil pour check out il ne pas même pas regarder il a pris son téléphone et a commencer à parler et il a pris ma carte tout simplement, aucune politesse dans la chambre il fessait vraiment très humide. Au restaurant la nourriture étais terrible, je n’avais jamais vu sa. J’ai payer bien évidemment mais sa goûtais absolument rien et cetais très cher.
