The staff was wonderful and the food was excellent. Unfortunately, the room was not what we booked or paid for. After traveling for over 17 hours, our room was not ready upon arrival and was still dirty. We specifically reserved a balcony room, but the room we were given did not have a balcony. Additionally, there was no hot water, and the air conditioning was only available between 7:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., which was very uncomfortable.

Best location on the beach with a fantastic crew working at the resort. The standard of the hotel is medium as all are on the beach.
