It's in my favorite neighborhood of Getsemani! The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant there serves good food. It is in a good location where you can walk to other areas.

The property is located in the heart of Getsemany , a lot of dining options around. Not too far from the osh hotel. The restaurant at the entrance of the property is very very nice and quiet, and very private. Room needs a little upgrade especially the bathrooms. I will definitely stay there again 🙏

Great place for a stay in the old town. (And the old town is a must-stay place in Cartagena.) Casa Ebano is right in the heart of the action -- street performers, restaurants, art. The hotel is not modern but makes up for that with character.

Nice stay at Casa Ebano 967

Overall, a nice stay. 2 of the 3 front desk workers were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is in a good place and relatively well kept. The guest policy for the hotel was confusing. As a solo traveler, I booked a room for two. At check-in, I asked if I could have a guest in my room and was told yes. However, later when I tried to bring a guest to the hotel, their entry was denied.

Good!

Our room had a nice balcony but was also extremely noisy due to close-by bars/nightclubs. Terrace pool and area were fantastic and service was really friendly and helpful! The room was somewhat worn down. Bed comfortable.

Staff was great. Hauled bags upstairs then back down when sister didn't want to climb stairs for balcony reserved room. So put us in tiny room on 1st floor. Did not like area the hotel was located in. Gals on the street, garbage on the sidewalk, men hanging around. Did not feel safe. Moved to another hotel after 1 night.

This was a great property to stay at! Location was perfect and easy to walk to everything. The rooftop pool was so nice and it was clean, the only thing is you can’t take any liquids up there so you have to buy all drinks including water at the bar... but it’s not too expensive, still worth it! There are quite a few stairs if your staying on level 3 in the balcony room or going to the rooftop which didn’t bother us, but might be hard for some if you have suitcases. Balcony room was great, very large and open. Good to have natural light as the standard rooms don’t have windows. Would definately stay again!
