El apartamento tiene 2 alcobas, 2 baños, sala comedor, cocina y balcón con vista a la ciénaga.
En el cuarto principal tenemos una cama King, en el segundo cuarto dos camas sencillas y en la sala tenemos un sofa cama doble. Tanto los cuartos como la sala tienen aire acondicionado.
Los baños son completos con regadera con agua caliente.
La cocina esta dotada para que puedan cocinar en el apartamento si lo desean y tenemos lavadora y secadora.
El apartamento se encuentra en un edificio nuevo, con menos de un año de entregado, con dos ascensores, piscina y bbq en el último piso.
El edificio está a unos 200 metros de Playa Azul (La Boquilla), y a pocos pasos del Centro de Convenciones de las Americas y del Hotel de Las Americas y su reconocido restaurante Erre de Ramon Freixa.
La distancia desde el aeropuerto son 5 minutos en taxi y unos 15/20 minutos del centro histórico.
