its a pain in the neck to deal with the owner
Owner communication is the worst, she responded to my questions two or three days later. I also had a malfunction of the AC in the apartment since day one, I reported it and they called maintenance department from the building and he couldnt fix it on the spot, so he said I will come back and never did, i called again, and this time a woman that is apparently the person who manage the place for the owner came back and fix it herself. almost two days without AC in a 97 degrees Cartagena. Not a good experience to tell you. I am not a complainer, I am usually a "shut up and suck it up" kind of person but this type of situation where the owner decide to write whenever she wants got me bad. if you book this place be prepare for that too, I just read some other reviews and they complained about the same thing. good luck.
