When I first got to the property, I thought it was an abandoned property, facia was missing from the building. The parking surface was potholes and falling apart everywhere the laundry facilities were filthy leaking, the rooms were less than good, staff was rude, and the entire property seemed very unsafe

This property is in need of help. The room was clean but the parking lot was a mess. No entrance to to upstairs, which looked like the balcony was about to fall.

Not worth the price!

Very old and unkept. Landscape dead, building cracked and old. They advertised pool and free breakfast. They had neither. This place is nowhere near the price of $161 per night. I should get a refund!!!

There wasn't a pool as advertised. There was no free breakfast, as advertised. The facility appeared to be run down. Entire 2nd story was unaccesible/blocked off with plywood. Evidence of vandalism in parking lot/broken glass in parking spaces. Disrepair and ants in room. I don't think I would stay here again.

I drove up and saw the condition of the buildings and asked for my reservation to be removed. I would not allow my dog to stay there. I choose to drive 3 hours back to Sacramento for the night then drive back to Minden the next day.

Building literally falling apart!

This hotel is literally falling apart! The top floor was blocked off and the overhang was crumbling and falling apart! The pool was empty and full of weeds growing through. There was a burned out room where the door did not close completely. Broken down benches on the patio and swarms of wasps! It should be condemned due to the condition of the building. Our room was not cleaned well ,bathroom shower was dirty as were the floors and walls. The staff was friendly and check in was quick but the condition of the hotel was appalling! We booked non refundable because the pictures online looked decent and we were only going to be there for one night for our childs sports tournament and that was a HUGE misleading mistake!

1st room was dirty had trash still in room in bags. Went to front desk he wanted to argue about room being dirty, had him follow me to room show him. I had a single bed room, he gave me a double bed room which I didn’t want but said he won’t charge extra. That room door latch didn’t work, trash on the floor, towels was dirty. One room door was open all night that no one was staying in. Disgusting place don’t stay here

Went to check in, note says back in 5 minutes, the wait was more like 10 minutes. There was a very strong disinfectant odor in the room. No tissues. Couldn't get tv to work.

I’ve stayed at plenty of quality inns due to traveling for work. I am Amazed that choice hotels lets this property claim them. Probably should be condemned (or is and they’re still renting rooms) The entire upstairs is blocked off. Multiple rooms are just being used for storage. Pool hasn’t seen water in it since the last storm came thru. Good news is it’s quiet and plenty of parking because they can probably only rent out a dozen or so functioning. rooms. It still has the old quality inn info book in the room explaining the amenities that aren’t there like continental breakfast and wifi. Electrical Outlets in the room are barely in the wall much like the lights in the ceiling. Door to bathroom wouldn’t stay shut. Hairdryer was glowing so fire red that I thought my wife was going to catch fire after the first few seconds she turned it on. Once the shades were pulled shut we couldn’t get them open again, which I’m sure the grass spider living in the curtain appreciated. I named him Blinky and told him not to introduce himself to my wife or he would be losing his weekend roommates for sure. To end this on a good note it did have hot water and the ac worked. Would I pay more than the $70 for 2 more nights online again?probably not.
