It was not clean. It didn't smell good. The coffee was brown water. The towels were too thin, and small. The breakfast was lacking in choices, and poor quality. We had a reservation booked through Expedia for a one night stay and to pay at the property. When we arrived they told us our reservation was canceled! And told us they had no rooms available. Clearly the hotel Was not full. And the front desk lady and they couldn’t give us a reason of why our booking was canceled even after showing her our booking online.
