Located near Carmel River Beach, The Barnyard and Crossroads Shopping Centers and Point Lobos State Reserve. The historic Carmel Mission Basilica is .5 Mile away. Mosey over to Mission Ranch for happy hour on the deck with a view of grazing sheep and the ocean in the background. Easy access to all Monterey Peninsula attractions and central coast destinations along the Pacific Coast Highway like Big Sur, the wineries of Carmel Valley, Santa Cruz and the San Francisco Bay area.

Bedroom #1 - King Bed - access to bathroom #1 with a shower over-tub-combo Bedroom #2 - Queen Bed - en suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom #3 - King Bed - access to this bedroom is through bedroom #2 - shares the en suite bathroom with bedroom 2. Bedroom # 4 is a suite located on the garden level. In addition to a bedroom with a queen bed, it also has a living area and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The living area has a decorative fireplace, small fridge, microwave and coffee station. There is access to this 4th bedroom suite from inside the house and there is a sliding door leading outside as well. The home also has a powder room/half bathroom in the main house.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum. The yard is partially fenced.

The property is ideal for pets. In addition to the exercise they received running up and down the stairs, the neighborhood is a very friendly place for dog walking.The kitchen is a bit small, but quite serviceable. All the appliances worked as expected. The kitchen gadgets are basic, so if you have any specialized cooking needs, be sure to bring the appropriate accessories with you.

Beautiful home in perfect location!
This is a beautiful home in a perfect location. It’s furnished beautifully, accommodating of a large family and has peekaboo views of the Carmel Mission and ocean. It’s perfectly situated to get in and out of easily to Carmel highway and Carmel by the Sea. Highly recommended. One of the best properties we’ve stayed at in the area.

We had our Family Reunion at Fuente de Cantos and the home was perfect for our party of 8. The layout offered multiple sleeping areas and bathrooms. Living room was very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Location offered easy access to shopping center and wineries.
