This property was awesome. It was very clean and the views were awesome. Would definitely stay again. It was really nice being able to walk to lots of close by places and good for bike riding. My only complaint would be the breakfast isn’t that great. But that’s not a big deal.

Dated but clean and comfortable.

Located close to downtown Carmel, we parked the car and walked easily to all the shops and restaurants. Nextdoor is a great deli with a large wine selection and all your grocery needs. Say hello to John outside. Rooms have a small fireplace to remove the evening chill and have a table and chairs to enjoy coffee/breakfast. The bed, linens, and pillows were great. A nice place to stay especially if you’re looking to save your money for more important things, like great shopping and restaurants.

This motel is overpriced for what you get. The bed was very soft, so I didn't sleep well. There are no blackout shades on the window, just shutters. Bring an eye mask. No A/C. My room was on the 1st floor. All night long I heard people walking in the rooms above. And I wear Bose sleepbuds every night, so that should tell you how loud it was. I didn't stay late enough to eat the breakfast, but I peeked through the window at the offerings, and it didn't look great.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The room smelled awful! The bedding smelled bad, the air smelled moldy & the air vents were dirty. I could not use the heater because it was so loud, I couldn’t sleep. The bathroom fan was also incredibly loud. The guest above me turned on their sink and the pipes woke me up out of a dead sleep. I could also hear them talking and could almost make out what they were saying above me!
