The staff, from Reception to waiting staff were amazing, both professional and courteous at all times. The room was lovely and the walk in shower perfect. We ate a la carte and the portions generous and well made. I can’t fault the stay from start to finish. Highly recommend.

The room was huge, had a fabulous bathtub and a lovely outlook, the food was great, the atmosphere was welcoming but the best thing was the people - the staff went out of their way to help me with all of my questions and requests and were just fantastic - it will be my place to stay every time I go to Newport from now on

Stayed overnight here for a Comic Con close-by with a friend, we were absolutely gobsmacked by the entire Inn. Room was exquisite and spacious and the bathroom was terrific, staff were lovely and the food was beyond delicious. Considering that it was only £90 for an overnight stay plus £50 for a two-person dinner it's a genuine steal in terms of pricing, might just make another trip to Wales for the sole purpose of staying another night or two, genuinely.
