Not a hotel

This was a disappointment as it is not a hotel. It is more of a small flat, in fact one of three in the same building. The hosts were very attentive on messaging, arranged parking and gave good and helpful instructions. The location is also very good for walking to the castle and city centre. However I will not stay here again as the flat felt below hotel standards.

Room was ok but we used the sofa bed for 2 of the guests and when we pulled it out it wasn’t clean and behind it was filthy such a shame because it’s a fabulous location and communication was great Also bathroom and carpets need an upgrade very tired but functional

we were staying here as we were attending cardiff pride on the Saturday. it was last minute booking for us and omg i could not have been happier. the stay was absolutely perfect. comfiest sleep my family have had in a long time. it was clean, communication was spot on and instructions were clear. i could not have been happier. thank you steve!

Fantastic little place right in Cardiff centre.. Three comfy beds, tea, coffee and a few snacks.. very welcoming and easy. Communication with Steven was excellent, parked right outside. Can't fault it and would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed a cosy stay at Inn Cardiff. The property is within easy walking distance from the train station, trail walk, castle and shopping precinct, as well as a number of eating venues. The availability of a microwave, tea/coffee making facilities and a supply of crockery and cutlery was very convenient for sandwich making and breakfast in the room. Steve was available to answer our questions which was a big help.

The space was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Great for a large party. Would suggest sticking the kitchen with the basics, such as salt and pepper.

The website advertises parking but the only parking is on street and is resident permit holders only. At 3pm, check in time all nearby free street parking is taken with people at work. The car park in sophia gardens is £24 for 24 hours. This should be made evident on the website. The suite was very dusty throughout and needs a good clean

Stayed for the New Years celebrations. The suite was absolutely spotless with plenty of free amenities included in the price. The beds were very comfortable, with plenty of space in the suite for me and my 5 friends to stay comfortably. Top quality fittings and an excellent system to check in and out. Will definitely be staying again, the next time an opportunity to travel with friends come up again. Very impressed

Excellent value for money. Loved the addition of snacks tea coffee milk. Main beds lovely. Sofa-bed really uncomfortable suggest mattress topper. No lock on bathroom very embarrassing sharing with 6 people.

The place was great and spacious. Steven was very helpful and friendly. It is a walking distance from Cardiff Castle and Bute park. No too far from Cardiff Bay, driving. Great place to stay in Cardiff.
