Villa Karibu in Tokai
Modern, nostalgic style villa in Tokai, an attractive residential area on the Constantia Wine Route, in the heart of the Cape Peninsula.
The beautiful villa with a special flair is very close to the Steenberg Golf Estates. It includes a large living / TV room, a very nice, functional kitchen with open-plan interior design to the dining room, equipped with modern and high quality appliances and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all in the basement. The master bedroom is furnished with a large queen size bed (184cm wide), a dressing room with dressing table and small safe, and the ensuite bathroom has a long bath and separate shower stall. The second bathroom has only a shower cabin. All furniture is new or in very good condition. Between the garage and the dining room is a multifunctional housekeeping room (with a laundry room), which can also be used as an additional bedroom (only with toilet, no private bathroom).
The upper floor is used by the owners as storage space for personal belongings when they are in Germany (not included in the rental agreement).
