This hotel was clean and in a great area close to many attractions such as tours, restaurants, bars, and historical places. Breakfast was included and there were good food options. This hotel is also attached through the underground parking to another hotel that provides some amenities, including a pool, restaurant, and a rooftop with a bar and an amazing view. I only wish the front desk staff were a little bit more attentive and friendly.

Included breakfast was very good. Good location. Most staff very helpful. Not sure about room service as we did not see anything done in room except new coffee cups. Would have been nice to have coffee service restocked. Shower cap and single shower gel provided. Nothing else so bring your own.

The staff were friendly, helpful and accomodated all my needs. I asked to move to a bigger room on a higher level and they kindly arranged that for me. The beds are very comfortable and the black-out curtains are great at blocking out light. My room had an amazing view of Table Mountain and the city. The room was clean, however some facilities require an upgrade. The room had what appeared to be mold on the shower ceiling. There were cigarette burns on the carpet and the door didnt close all the way, which meant having to physically push it closed.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained with lovely service. I’d also recommend this hotel to people visiting Cape Town, especially for the great restaurants and bars in short, safe walking distance.

very well managed hotel. modern, clean, relatively small rooms with comfortable bed and bedding. very friendly and helpful staff. amazing location directly on bree street in immediate walking distance to some of the finces restaurants in cape town. the complementary hotel breakfast buffet is rich with enough variety of choices. very good, strong wifi.

Excellent location

Excellent location close to all kinds of restaurants and night activities. Silent in the room. The breakfast was good. The bed was very small, and they messy up with my ice pack the we asked them to freeze up and they only put on a fridge that was very upsetting because i have a long flight and need my insulin kept cool.
