Excellent location, great clean rooms with comfy beds, amenities etc such as gym pool were across the road in another hotel with the same owner. Didn’t get to use them. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Great room (spacious, clean, quiet) overlooking the square, fantastic staff (friendly, helpful, courteous), impressive breakfast (buffet and cooked), and ‘can’t be beaten’ location (in the heart of the V&A Waterfront, seconds from good restaurants and bars). Staff were amazing, location perfect but rooms are a bit bare and tired. Bathrooms need a refresh one of our sinks was cracked and shower leaked
