Recommended for family with kids. My kids loved the pool and the slide, they were looking forward going back to the inn for an evening swim after a long day in Banff. The staffs were approachable. Easy check in and out.

Stayed in a corner room on 4th floor. We loved the room, everything about it, except for the bed. Wife and I didn't sleep well either of the 2 nights we stayed, and woke up with sore backs. Bed was far too firm. They should really go check out the beds at the Sheraton Au Claire in Calgary to see what a comfy bed looks like.

Staff great 2nd time return - the door does not close well Food need variety especially after staying for 8 days Room cleaned , bed made but undersheets not straightened and still wrinkled which makes it more like not done Not sure what a VIP hotel access means Thanks for red wine

Nice location, walkable to some restaurants. We had a King room with a balcony from which we enjoyed the beautiful mountan view. Sofa in the room needed to be replaced. Staff was helpful and we always felt safe. The breakfast was just ok.

Place is a little older but maintained . They have a fireplace in all the rooms which is a bonus. Breakfast was ok . Pool and hot tub made up for it . Great for kids !!! They also have a washer and dryer room . Will stay again !

It was amazing there. The staff is friendly and couteous. I recommend anyone who wants to stay here to enjoy here! Use the swimming/jacuzzi and the waterslide and enjoy their hot and yummy breakfast!

The Inn was great. Room was very cozy & comforable but some items (like one of tge chairs) were worn and time to fix or replace. The bed was excellent and the fireplace option was lovely. Pool area was nice. Breakfast was great.
