The staff are great and this is a great family hotel. They even put out cookies and hot chocolate in the evening for the kids. Unfortunately, the number of inconsiderate visitors is ridiculous. This is not on the staff. They may need to add notices and reminders on check-in to be quiet in the halls and after 10pm. Room to room is good but hallway noise sounds like it's in the room. If you don't have kids or pets, request the 3rd floor for a quieter night. If you do have kids or pets, have some consideration for others.

Upon arrival we had a crying baby who needed a washroom for a diaper change, so we were hoping to check-in as quickly as possible, but there was nobody at the front desk, only a sign that said ‘be back in 5 minutes’ - so this clearly wasn’t ideal in our particular situation. Also, the pull-out bed in our room was hands down the most uncomfortable and loudest bed I’ve ever encountered in a hotel stay. It was so loud, that anytime anyone moved on it, it woke the rest of the room, so not only did the person who had to use it have a poor sleep, everyone had a poor sleep. A lot of positive reviews about the breakfast online, and while it’s not bad, it’s no different than any budget hotel breakfast. The positives - the water slide is fun for the kids, the cost for the area is very reasonable, parking was good and it seemed clean.

My family and I stayed for one night, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. The main issue was that the air conditioning was not working, which made it extremely uncomfortable for us and caused us to barely get any sleep throughout the night. What made the situation even worse was that we were celebrating my husband’s birthday, which we had hoped would be a special and relaxing occasion. We contacted the receptionist, and an electrician came to check the unit. We were informed that if the air conditioning still did not work, a fan could be provided. Although a fan was given to us, it did not help much, as the room remained very hot and uncomfortable. Considering that we paid for a hotel stay expecting comfort and proper amenities, this experience was far below our expectations and left us very dissatisfied.
