It was a bery good experience overall. I didn't give 5 starts because the TV was not smart TV, only cable TV was available. Also, the place to take the breakfast didn't have enough tables for the amount of guests.

Unable to get breakfast due too area was extremely crowed with people with, group of families taking two to three tables at a time , leaving no where to seat and they eat all the food. Made receptionist aware but she was not helpful and we had to go somewhere else to get breakfast and spend money

Stayed here for one night on Boxing Day. Hotel itself is nice with cozy rooms and a good size pool slide for the kids. That being said the beds were not very comfortable nor soundproof, so you could hear crying baby’s etc throughout the night. The Breakfast the next morning was the biggest let down. It’s advertised as a buffet breakfast but it’s much closer to a continental breakfast and food with next to no flavour. Overall we likely will look elsewhere for our next trip to the mountains

Excellent hotel, very good room . But the dining room is small, there is a very limited selection of food, there were no meat dishes, or the staff didn't bring any. Many guests ate standing up, there are not enough seats at the table
