Welcome to your spacious mountain getaway at Solara Resort in Canmore. This beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom southwest-facing suite is located in the desirable Bow Building, just steps from the resort’s indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center for ultimate convenience.

One complimentary heated underground parking space is included, along with a large private tarp-covered storage locker in the parkade.

Keypad self check-in. • Often scheduled on short notice and beyond our control.
• By safety laws fire alarms are regularly tested. Notice is usually posted in the elevators.

★ A second heated underground parking space may be available for $10 per day - half the public price, subject to availability. Please contact the host in advance to check if it's available for your dates. Free street parking is available nearby along Kananaskis Way, but spots may be limited on weekends and during high season.

★ Park Pass Policy: We do not provide park passes to guests. Because passes are strictly non-transferable, Parks Canada actively monitors short-term rentals. Although some hosts still advertise shared passes, using one puts guests at risk of unexpected fines or issues with park officers. We choose to prioritize your peace of mind so you can enjoy a worry-free stay!

★ Sporting equipment (e.g. skis, bikes) cannot be store in unit nor balcony. Waxing is strictly prohibited. Private parkade storage locker available.

★ Do not leave food or garbage outdoors, as it may attract wildlife and create safety hazards.

★ Do not use any fire hazards that may cause a fire alarm or serious damages.

★ Only registered guests are allowed. Occupancy must not exceed the stated limit.

★ Quiet Hours: 10 pm – 8 am.
★ Check out time is no later than 11:00 am.

★ We do not charge for minor accidental damage (e.g. a broken glass or plate), but kindly notify us if anything breaks or spills so we can replace it for future guests.

★ During your stay, we provide vacation style housekeeping so housekeeping will only clean our condo again after departure.
