Super loud. Couldn't use the jacuzzi or the pool which was overrun with kids screaming. No parking, had to park on the street because apparently some people bring multiple vehicles. The room was nice and big though. I would rather go elsewhere next time though.

The staff were amazing and the rooms and beds were comfortable. The elevator didn’t work about 20% of the time… Breakfast was so busy, both days that there wasn’t enough seating for everyone there. The pool was a lot of fun but the chemicals were really strong and the kids had rashes on day 2. The water slide is crazy fast. A few of the families we met complained about their rooms having issues which makes me hesitant to book again. Overall the pool is what made the stay memorable for the kids.

I just wanted to make an observation regarding breakfast. I noticed that many people in the dining room were leaving the sausages on their plates because they didn’t taste good. Initially, I thought it was just me, but no, many others were leaving them on their plates and throwing them away. I recommend changing suppliers or replacing the sausages.

We were stormed stayed and staff were very accommodating and we were able to extend our stay! The kids loved the pool and had a very nice view of the mountains. Close proximately to Main Street. Hope to come again sometime!
