My friend fell and broke her arm as there were no steps from the parking area. They never even asked how she was after spending a night in Cancun at the hospital. We had to cut our trip short because she needs surgery. They refused to give us a refund for the days we lost. Overall our stay was terrible!!!!!!

This property is beautiful. The view and staff are amazing. The downfall is the shower don’t have pressure but u are On an island in Mexico 🇲🇽 which is common. That did bother I knew what to expect. I will definitely stay agin.

The hotel was basic but very comfortable. The housekeeping was amazing! The bedding and sheets smelled so good! A little gem of a hotel. My only complaint would be the low water pressure in the shower but really not a big deal to me. Loved our stay there.

We have stayed at Rocamar a few years now and always return. The rooms are simple but clean with that ocean view you can’t beat! The breezes you feel by the pool are amazing and the location is perfect for getting around the north end on foot. Also, close to the ferry terminal so the walk to the hotel is under 10 minutes! (Or 5 minutes if you’re in a hurry to get to the hotel and a light packer) lol

We had a room on the ocean. It was beautiful listening to the waves at night. I really enjoyed my stay. It’s exactly what I was hoping for to be on the ocean and the pool is beautiful cause you could still see the waves of the ocean.
