An oasis in an ugly part of town. Service slow at the restaurant and can use an elevator for us over 60 folks with canes. Pools could be a little cleaner but not bad and the Pina coladas are excellent.

Room was ok for 1 night; clean but worn. next to ado bus terminal. Big negative was extremely load machine somewhere outside the room 240 which made sleeping difficult.

Good location in downtown, easy access to nearby place. The bed sheet is quite humid, feeling not that good. The hair dryer is not provided solely for each room, and it can be borrowed from front desk. Overall worth for the price.

Great for the kids. Lots to do in the splash pool, watching the peacocks, parrots and resident cats. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Place was very clean. Across from ADO bus station.

I always stay here but this last time the room needed to b updated and more care when replacing things door was broken keylock hardly worked and keycard had to b put in about ten times to unlock. The toilet seat was too small for toilet and the room could use refreshing. I hope the hotel does update all the rooms and not just some because I love this place it’s convenient and I appreciate the staff

We walked into our room and it smelled - musty and the pillow cases were too small for king size pillows. The bed linen worn. There was a used towel on the floor near the door. It looked like a room that should be rented by the hour ! We left and returned to front desk and checked out - took a cab to other hotel. We should’ve known when the front desk clerk hands you the remote control, and the air conditioning control when you pay. We never received any funds back because we had entered the room even though we did not stay more than 10 minutes.

The gardens and the pool area are so relaxing. We noticed the sitting area above the restaurant, very relaxing. It shout be used more. This property has many relaxing area to enjoy. Ate at the restaurant on this trip, food was good, great ambience!

Just in front of Ado Bus Station, but still a quiet place. Downtown center. Close to the beach and ferry. The pool was very nice. The room is OK but the bed sheets were always humid even with the air conditionning on. We tried the mode "remove humidity" but we started hearing water dripping within the walls, so we stoped that mode. Everyday, we had to go to the reception to reactivate the key after the maid passed... The breakfast was ok, the bacon and potatoes were uncooked, cold toast, but the eggs were good. The waitress was very nice.

This is my go to place in Cancun. Nice rooms, pool and gardens. It' right by the bus station downtown but it is very quiet. It now has a waterpark for the kiddies which is new since I was last here as ell as the regular pool.
