The rooms are Gross. First room 148 smelled like Cigarettes.So they moved us to a new room. We always check for bugs. So we lift the mattress and found a Trojan condom Box under the bedding. Then when I went to the overnight desk clerk, he acted like no big deal happens all the time. When I told him I wanted a new room, he said it wasn’t fault for how housekeeping left the condition of the room and then reluctantly moved us to a new room. Next room was 130. Room was best one of the three. Smelled like slight mildew, furniture looked dirty and greasy. Refused to sit chair eew. Slept on top of the bed after going to Target and getting my own bedding. The Campbell Inn is in serious need of 100% overall. Even breakfast was bad. This was the first time ever that I had to use a knife to cut pancakes. Disgusting!

Greasy and Dirty Chair in room 142 along with someone’s condom box proof room was never properly cleaned. Or inspected by management making sure there rooms were in satisfactory condition

The Campbell Inn is old and tired. The Beds, Couches, Chairs, Lights, Electric Outlets, and more need to be updated. There are not many other hotels in Campbell. Maybe it would be worth an upgrade.

Stay has been great…very quiet and the staff at the desk were very helpful. The housekeeping are great, Very respectful and always with a smile and the rooms are clean. The breakfast very good. We will be back in the future again. Thank you to the Campbell Inn Staff and all the workers.

It’s right next to the par course and bicyclists and walkers use the hotel parking lot so be careful when driving. We had some hard stops. The hotel is strict about breakfast and even taking a cup of coffee to your room. It’s like we were we were view with scrutiny. When asked, what room would you like, I said, which one do you think is best, she says, I don’t stay here. I hate the smell of carpet cleaner in the rooms. The hotel is ok. The hotel was quiet and convenient. The beds fine. It is dated.

The rooms have been updated since the last time I stayed. That was a plus. It’s always a nice less expensive option when you refuse to stay in cruddy hotels. However, I found a towel with a long black hair hanging from it. I have blonde hair. It made me second guess all the towels. Otherwise, the rest of the room was very clean.
