Historic Guesthouse in the Heart of Camp Verde

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located guest house on one of the most historical properties in all of the Verde Valley. This is a family friendly neighborhood with close proximity to all Verde Valley attractions. Sedona, Montezuma Castle, Payson, Wineries, Verde River kayaking and even day trips to Jerome and the Grand Canyon. Stargaze at night and soak up the morning sun on our private patio. Walking distance to multiple restaurants, Fort Verde State Historic Park, river and hikes.

The Guest House is part of a residence complex together with the main house, and another studio unit for guests.

The Guest House is a stand alone unit, recently updated. The Setup is an open concept with a sleeping area (King bed) shares the space with the full kitchen and dining table. There's a split unit AC/Heater and an electric fireplace - that has a "Heat and No Heat" Option for a cozy ambiance.

A 4k smart TV where you can connect to your streaming accounts.

The King mattress is a brand new "Sealy", perfect for a good night sleep to recharge after a day of exploring.

The full kitchen has a refrigerator, stove with oven and Keurig coffee maker.

Full Bathroom has a shower/bathtub combination, sink and toilet.

You'll have full access to the Guest House. The patio includes seating are and propane fireplace. This space might be shared with other guests that might be staying at the studio (two guests maximum).

You might get visits from the resident pet Bodhi. He is very friendly with adults, but might snap at little ones - so please be cautious if you have little children.

Please respect areas that have "private" sign on them.

Well behaved pets, under 25 lb, allowed only. Must agree to pet fee added to your stay at the time of check in. In case any extensive cleaning is needed additional charges will be applied.

For your safety we have cameras on property - placed outside only.

OUR LITTLE HOME AWAY FROM HOME!We were looking for a place we could call home for a week and we found it.We are so grateful that we found this beautiful little cottage. It's so quiet and secluded yet close to everything. From the moment we stepped inside we were already relaxed and comfortable. The kitchen is amazing. Everything you could ask for even a basket full of k-cups for your morning coffee. The turquoise painted cabinets add so much personality. The table and chairs are the perfect size. You can use the little office area for your laptop and dedicate the eating area for eating.You will sleep like a baby on the comfortable king bed and yummy bedding. From the bed you have the choice of television or to watch the fireplace or...both!There is plenty of natural light. The windows are up high so you have complete privacy. This guesthouse is VERY clean. Large bathroom with tub and shower. Nice fluffy towels a full length mirror and little wooden shelving to keep all of your personal objects on. Outside is a very nice cozy seating area. Another place to veg out! Joy, our hostess, is a doll. She was available any time we needed her. JOY, thank you for making our time a wonderful experience. The guesthouse was very convinent to downtown Camp Verde. The back yard was lovely and pleasant to spend the evening in. Joy was a delight and very helpful when my car battery died. I would stay at the guest house again in a heart beat.

The property is great, the house was clean with all the things we needed to cook. Joy was great about communicating with us and a pleasure to visit with. The location is perfect as it’s close to things in Camp Verde but also close to Cottonwood, Jerome and Sedona! We will be back!

Everything was great. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. The house was clean, air conditioning worked great, bed was comfortable, and host (Joy) was helpful, friendly and available of we needed anything. If I'm in the area again, I do hope to stay here if available.

Large comfortable king bed. Huge Bathroom and a beautiful kitchen with all cooking utensils supplied. Great Patio area for relaxing. Short walk to restaurants and a awesome coffee shop. Joy responded to every inquiry in a timely manner. Close to all the Sedona attractions. One of the better VRBO's I have stayed at.

Excellent All Around

This property is a true sanctuary. Clean, stylish, and minimalist, it's also cozy, warm, comfortable, and flooded with light. We stayed two months, and were happy and grateful to be there every day. Also, the host was extremely responsive. I requested a couple of tiny adjustments, and she made them instantly. It was truly an outstanding VRBO experience. (Note: I didn't give five stars for accuracy or location because VRBO, not the host, added a note that the property is "one minute from a national forest." While technically true, this is a misleading description. We were surprised to find ourselves in what's very much an in-town property.)
