Our room was out of conditioner. It hadn’t been topped up which was fun to discover half way through my shower. There were holes in the walls in the hall and scrapes and scrapes all over etc. it’s pretty tired looking. The bed creaked with every movement and woke us up a few times. It really needs a renovation / update.

The mattress on the bed during our stay was like sleeping on the floor. Not comfortable at all. We stayed for 3 nights and barely slept due to the poor mattress quality. Secondly, we payed a pet deposit ( which is absolutely ok and a standard for most hotels accepting pets)but we were told at check out that they needed to do an inspection of our room before we left. I have never encountered this before while staying at multiple different hotels, and it was absolutely embarrassing to stand outside the room door with other guess passing beside us while an employee inspected our room. I am not sure why we could not leave without an inspection ( nor was it explained to me why this was necessary) while my credit card was on file for damages. I do not recommend staying at a Days Inn nor will i be staying again.
