Destination Inn was clean and pet friendly, two of the reasons why we chose this place. Sukh was super friendly and explained all the amenities and areas to see. He helped us find some groceries and ice. Although off the high, the noise in the inner courtyard was not terrible. Highly recommend the Destination Inn.

Great overnight stay in this small town. Room was modern, clean and very comfortable. Kitchenette was well stocked with a microwave, fridge, stove/oven combo as well as kitchen supplies. This was definitely a bonus for our travels. Check in & check out was quick and easy. Staff was very helpful and nice. Would stay here again.

Rooms are clean - only cleaned upon request so your privacy is respected. The only motel in Cache Creek with a gated and locked parking lot, automatically also making it the best one in town if you have equipment.

Great, friendly reception with a smile. Clean, updated rooms with many amenities (large comfy beds, AC, TV, microwave, fridge with freezer, tub, complimentary coffee, tea and ice from reception). Convinient, walking distance to fast food, gas station, shops and drinks. Even a pool, gym, sauna and bbq grill. We used it as a way-point on the way to Banff... but I can see how folks would stay as a destination in itself given the gorgeous and unique nature of this part of BC.

Wonderful Service

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in a kitchenette unit. The accommodations were super clean with a large flat screen TV, easy parking and wonderful lighting. It was nice to be able to eat breakfast in our room. Coffee, tea, cookies were provided. The Management truly cared about their guests and provided an extensive list of area attractions. We were very happy with the dinner recommendations for Fusions in Ashcroft. We would stay here again.

Terrible experience with positive outcome

This Inn had such high reviews for Cache Creek BC, certainly not our experience. Upon arrival, we had to go through a locked gate, upon entry to room went to put something in fridge and fridge had not been cleaned out from last guest. Bugs crawling on floor, bugs flying around, ac quit working in middle of night, bed had no box spring it was like sleeping on floor, bedding was dark blue with non matching pillow cases, who can see stains or hair etc on those sheets. Slept in our clothes. Tub/shower this morning didn’t drain, shower curtains had stuff on them. Decided to look through the kitchenette area and that was even more disgusting with a filthy sponge to wash dishes, pot was dirty inside, and cutting board had food and mold on it. Thankfully we were only there passing through. The town is also very sketchy. Upon exiting this am I headed to office to share my experience. At first the manager of the property didn’t seem overly phased by it. I was told to contact hotel.com to get my refund. After two calls between both places, I will say I was refunded my money and the manager left a vm stating he checked the room after we left and apologized for the condition it was in, and offered us a 10%discount for the next time we’d be in town. That will be never but appreciated the call and hotel.com backing their customers up.
