Kipling Street is a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment located only one block back from Clarkes Beach and all ready for your next beach holiday! This modest property is comfortably furnished with open plan living and dining areas that flow out to an outdoor balcony complete with BBQ.

Experience the unique atmosphere of Byron’s town centre. Close to everything Byron has to offer, including a variety of restaurants, cafes and boutiques right on your doorstep. The pristine beaches of Byron Bay are only a short leisurely stroll from your holiday accommodation.

Great Place For Price

We had a great stay in this property. Nice and open plan with two bathrooms can facilitate a larger family like ours. My only complaint is that there probably needs to be a larger water heater. There was not enough hot water to get any more than 3 people through the shower with 3 minute showers. This is a big thing if you have 4 kids and you have all been to the beach for the day (which is why you go to Byron). Everything else was great and we coped with the first world problem of having cold showers in winter.

We had a great stay. 2min walk from the beach and 10min walk to town. Its on a quiet street and has a nice outdoor area for hanging out in the afternoons!
