It was OK, not terrible but not great. Definitely not worth the price. Charging like they are a 5 star establishment when they are a 2 star at best. Shabby little unkept hotel. Pulling up we thought "good grief is this place even still business?" From the outside it looked like it had been abandoned, inside was slightly better. You can tell they are trying, but the budget can only go so far apparently. Would NOT stay here again if I ever had to travel to this area in the future.

The room was very nice and recently updated. Appears they are working on a lot of updates. Hotel is older but nice and convenient to many eating options.

The staff when my daughter and I got there was very polite and friendly. We had 2 workers standing outside our window drinking beer, and peeing by our window. 6:30 am workers were pounding and being loud while working in the room right across from us. When we had to leave early after telling the man that we had to leave due to an emergency. All he said was “you do know that you are still charged for your 2nd night right? and you do have to pay for it”.

Everything and everyone was nice, the breakfast during the week was a bit sparse, the staff was very friendly and efficient, I did notice on our last day there some attention needed to be directed towards the ceiling in the shower. All in all quite nice.

I stay at Choice Hotels because the rooms are decent and I can always get a hot breakfast. This hotel only served tater tot potatoes. The desk clerk said "Choice Hotels has cut back on eggs and meat." I don't believe it.

Overall pretty good

Staff was friendly. Room was fine: bed was comfy and shower water pressure was good. The fridge was not very cold and the air conditioner took about 12 hours to really get cool - but eventually did. Bfast was not too good. Nice to offer hot food but ran out of eggs and no protein.

The room was supper small, and the bed was super hard. We had to leave a day early due to an emergency at home in Alabama. We asked at the front desk if we could get a refund for Saturday night, but they said we have to contact Hotels.com for a refund. Can we get a refund?

charged us for our REGISTERED SERVICE ANIMAL and said it was for a pet fee. Even though every booking site says “pet friendly without fee” First they said it’s cause we didn’t TELL them about the pet, and when we proved that we DID tell them, they changed their story and said it was because we “stained the sheets and left dog hair”. For a registered service animal, they charged us. We left the room completely spotless and they lied and said we trashed it just to cover themselves. Then they won’t pick up phone calls and would ignore my calls. Finally picked up and phone and they threatened me and said “I know who you are I would watch what you say to me”. On another note, Nasty rooms, only stayed cause it was cheap. Not even worth the cheap price. No hot water, bed was broken, sheets were wrinkled like they weren’t washed, hair in sink and shower, urine on the toilet, Moldy/ old window AC unit, foul smell in the hallways. I woke up with some type of bug bite on my leg. Itchy, still not sure what it was. Staff does not speak english well and it’s impossible to ask for anything. Example: asked for toothpaste but front desk couldn’t understand me, then finally they said they didn’t have any left. Creepy guys walking around that just stare at you. Like they are walking around barefoot in and out of the front office and back into rooms.
