When we arrived early with the intention to ask to leave our bags, there was no one at reception. When a woman finally appeared her first words were its too early to check in. No good morning no welcome to the Hilton. Very unwelcoming. Then we were charged for breakfast when our booking through Expedia included breakfast. When I spoke to the manager Christine she initially said that I would have to follow that up with Expedia it was nothing to do with them. When I prompted her to take a further look into the booking, she told me to come back in half an hour. When I came back, I showed her my booking confirming it included breakfast she said she would sort it out and refund the charges. She gave me a voucher to show for breakfast the following mornings. They have not refunded me my $38. I have sent them an email 4 days ago. I have had no reply and no refund. I am very disappointed in Hilton. This is an international hotel chain. Very unprofessional attitude. Very poor customer service. Reception could do with some meet and greet training.
