The space

Upstairs three bedrooms sleeps 12 people comfortably. Downstairs bonus room sleeps 2 people comfortably on a queen size pull-out couch bed. There is also a full size bathroom and shower in the downstairs bonus room. Downstairs living room can act as your 4th bedroom.

Guest access

Guests will not have access to the garage. Please park vehicles in driveway and on street. There is plenty of street parking for boats and toys. Please do not block the neighbors launch ramp.

Boat Dock:

Boat dock accessibility is based on the water level of the river. We do not control the river water level therefore cannot guarantee your ability to use the dock. The dock is often floating during summer months and not sometimes floating during winter months. River water needs to be at a level 3, 4 or 5 to use the dock for most boats. You can check the scheduled water levels (Davis Dam) at the usbr.gov website or Google search "Davis Dam scheduled water levels."

Child Safety:

Please note waterfront properties can be dangerous for children. Please ensure all doors and gates are closed at all times. For extra safety, please use the installed sliding glass door stoppers. No unattended children permitted inside or outside the property at any time.
