Quick stop

Super staff on the night shift checked us in at 2am and were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Rooms were modern and clean and the AC worked really well. One issue was that the checkout time is midday and despite having the do not disturb on the door the cleaning team was knocking and opening the door as early as 11am, then they came back around 11.50am as we were almost ready to leave. Understanding that they want to complete their job, it was still inconvenient to keep asking them to wait when it wasn’t check-out time yet.

My family and I arrived around 10:00PM for a one night stay after visiting Niagara Falls. It was a smooth check in process, the staff were attentive, informative, and kind. The hotel was also clean and quiet. The rooms were also clean and stocked. Breakfast was also good. I would definitely recommend this place.

Definitely recommend- GREAT staff!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was clean and well kept up. The staff were amazing! Every single person was kind, super friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. They made the stay at this already great hotel even that much better! I would definitely recommend and will definitely stay there again!

Clean room, large shower-room, excellent breakfast both mornings and very helpful staff. Perfect location for our stay, easy to get on the NY State thruway (route 90) to get to downtown Buffalo and further east towards Genesee County. Didn't use the pool or gym but both looked very modern and well maintained.

Reading the descriptions, googling the area made me decide on this property. The staff was friendly, The gym was very clean and accessible, The pool looked nice even though we did not get to use it. Still it was a comfortable stay.
