Thin walls
Was checked into a room that hadn't been cleaned. Was moved to another room. Bottom of hot tub full of pebbles and had debris floating in it. The room next to us had a dog named Rosie. I know this because the walls are so thin. The dog barked all night. The owners yelled at the dog all night. Not much sleep happened.

No Hot Shower or Hot Tub
The room was good but the water would get barely warm so couldn’t take a shower at all or even my face in the morning. We were looking forward to the hot tub after skiing but it was luke warm, we were told the pool heating is broken too. Breakfast was good, they had scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, muffins, etc. The service was good.
