Our air conditioner in the room was broke, room was too hot. They supposedly tried to fixed it the next day, and were supposed to move us to another room, but they never told us. Other than that, nice clean room, soft beds, good value. Close to Knotts Berry Farm.

Excellent hotel staff, front desk JackLynn was very helpful and friendly. Room was super clean. Shower was a bit odd to figure out but it was spacious and plenty of hot water. Valet staff where very friendly and polite. Food was amazing. I will definitely stay again!!

I stayed 6 nights at this place. The room was ok, not great in cleanness. The stuff is not that courteous, but not complaints with the valet, really good service. I had an issue with an employee last night harassing my wife asking many questions regarding our stay when she approached the hot chocolate stand. Very bad experience. 7 out of 10. Not coming back at all!!
