Our stay started out OK. Friendly staff and check in. We booked bc it was supposed to be pet friendly and had parking. But it is not apparent where to pull up with your car to unload (none of the staff ever advised to us the best place to do this.) The street outside is very full and small. So that was a bit stressful. Hotel never answered my message via Expedia. We added another nights stay only to be slipped a note at 10pm the night before that we’d need to pack up and have our luggage moved the next morning which was very inconvenient as I had an early appointment next day and my elderly father was staying with our dog. The next morning as we came down for the breakfast we had reserved and paid for we were told we could not enter with our frenchie which was confusing bc he came to diner the night before with us. At dinner the manager even came by to pet him and ask how everything was. They brought him a water bowl too. The communication was not great and very conflicting. We cancelled our second night as we had to rush to pack up anyway and went to a 5 star hotel we knew. If you are traveling with a pet. Don’t bother with this place. They are not pet friendly. There was also construction noise next door to my fathers room from 7am-10pm. Half the staff was great. The other half not at all. We won’t be staying again.

This was a very nice centrally located hotel in the heart of Brussels. It was the nicest property my wife and I stayed at during our travels and we would certainly like to visit again.

The hotel is located in a good street for shopping, breakfast was great. Unfortunately the hotel itself smells very bad both in the entrance and in the hallways and rooms of a strong egg/toilet smell. We had a very noisy room, they changed our room and we turned up to a note and gifts with someone else's name on it, which they came back and took away. They were quite unsupportive around late checkout and they charge the same price for 50cl and 25cl draft beer in the bar. Unfortunately there were also some cleanliness issues. We likely wouldn't return.

Staff and restaurant were fantastic. Room was clean and amenable. Walkable to lots of restaurants and shopping areas as well as the Ferris wheel and some great views. Outer areas did have vagrants and a man even tried to steal my wife’s luggage when I went to get our car from a nearby parking garage.

Beautiful hotel in an awesome location near lots of premier shopping. Lots of amenities and great restaurant and gorgeous garden bar. One of my favorites worldwide

Not clean! Was full of dust and bathroom stank of eggs, left a day early and tried to get a night back as a refund (should have got full refund aa not clean) but would not give refund, so won't be coming back!
