Amazing and beautiful hotel, perfectly located in the city. Great staff we had an issue with the air conditioner that was fixed almost immediately. We had a great interaction with the concierge who helped us. Prepare for a day trip to Gent. Tomorrow was beautiful and the room service breakfast was delicious.

First of all they charged us Twice for our 2 night stay PLUS they wanted to charge us for Parking and we did not have a car. I think the lady who attended to us did not have enough Training or was just very confused Her Supervisor did come knock on our Door to Apologize for charging us Twice He did give us a Free drink voucher. Then at breakfast this morning I just got up to get some OJ and when I returned my plate was gone. It still had half of my food on the plate. I was very MAD. I have travelled the World and this is the first time my plate was taken away before I was finished eating. Not sure Why?? The hotel is beautiful But they need better TRAINING

Our stay at Hotel Dukes’ Palace was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we felt like royalty. The hotel’s setting in a restored 15th-century palace is breathtaking — full of history, charm, and elegance. Our room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a stunning stained glass window that made it feel truly special. The staff were warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Breakfast was exceptional, with so many delicious choices in a gorgeous setting. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the main square, yet peaceful and quiet. Every detail was flawless. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough — it’s pure magic in the heart of Bruges!
