Excellent in every way!

We really couldn’t fault this lovely little hotel. The staff we so friendly and helpful, the accommodation lovely and the breakfast very good and plenty of choice. From the moment we arrived to the time we left the staff couldn’t have done more to help us. Every request we made was done with a very welcome smile. We will definitely be going back in the future and can definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel is in a 14th century building and was really nice. We had to climb a wooden spiral staircase (probably original) to get our cute room. The included breakfast was good and satisfying. The staff were AMAZING other than me trying to explain that the WiFi in our part of the building could not access the internet. This was annoying but a small downside to a quaint hotel with great service.

Great little hotel

Service was excellent, super helpful and very friendly. Nice and easy to chat to and lots of great information. Room is small and basic, quite old decor, but bathroom is super modern and fresh. Great location and walkable, excellent stay overall.

The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the hotel has plenty of character. The complimentary breakfast was always very well stocked and there was a surprising choice of cereals, breads, pastries and fruits. The location of the hotel is excellent - a stone's throw from the main square and walkable distance from most of the tourist attractions. We can't recommend Boterhuis Hotel highly enough :-)

Absolutely wonderful stay! The staff were all amazing and kind, providing great local suggestions in the area. The room was comfortable and clean- all beds were great in the triple room. The breakfast was delicious.

Great location. It was lovely. Unique. Spacious and fun. Our receptionist was fantastic. I think she felt sorry for us having to carry our luggage up two flights, so she did it! She could not have been more helpful with information and suggestions (in additon to worrying about us with the luggage). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.
