Would have liked to have had a table and chair in the room. The square outside the hotel needs some attention as paving slabs loose. But to be fair some were being rectified. Menu could be better with some appropriate photos of the courses as my first evening I ordered some finger good in the shape of smoked ribeye, only to find it was very thin slices of uncooked meat and not what I expected which was a small ribeye.

Reception staff were friendly & helpful at all times. Great room with double bed & sofa plenty of room for two nice touches with Rituals shower gel etc. very convenient for all of Brugge attractions while still quiet

The entrance to the hotel was not very appealing and not very well maintained however, it was convenient and within walking distance to the train station, restaurants and shops. There is a Carrefour across the street which was great for snacks, drinks etc. The hotel lobby looked very chic and clean with lots of sitting areas if you wanted to relax and unwind. During our visit it was also decorated for Christmas. The rooms were basic with not much closet space but it was comfortable and clean.

The hotel was in a nice location close to all the site seeing attractions. Staff on arrival and through out our stayed were very friendly and kind and always spoke when you passed. The room was very clean plenty of room for 3 people. When booking hotels in the future Novertel is one i would definitely recommend.

Perfectly located — everything in the centre is just a short walk away. The rooms are cosy and comfortable, and the staff at reception were so welcoming and helpful. We had requested an early check-in, and although it couldn’t be confirmed beforehand, they kindly arranged it when we arrived — such a relief after a long journey with a baby. Breakfast was delicious with decent variety, and we quite liked it as a family. The hotel restaurant is excellent too — lovely food, wine, and warm, friendly service. Overall, a wonderful stay with kind people, great food, and a fantastic location. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bruges!

We stayed one night in Brugge at Novotel and it didnt disappoint. Having stayed at Novotels before, i knew what to expect but this hotel exceeded expectation! The room was perfect for our family, with a pull out bed for our youngest. The hotel is clean and stylish and positioned perfectly to explore Brugge. Breakfast was also fab and enjoyed making our own belgian waffles ar the buffet! The only negative i would say, is that as a hotel guest, we should have received discounted parking for our stay from the onsite car park.
